		<description>This is one of the few times that I will warn someone away from doing their own research. It's likely that you'll ruffle feathers by trying to get those records from a western country. If you have a family member still living in that country, you can ask for their help. If not, my humblest suggestion is that you find an Iranian student organization at a large university and see if one would help you by explaining the system, the record-keeping, and assist you with getting the records. You will not do well sending a letter in English into Iran. You'll need correspondence to be in Farsi and it needs to come from an Islamic country.</description>
