They warn you that 1500 people will be 30 feet long and 3 feet high. Roots Magic http://www.rootsmagic.com/ has a free trial edition. It will print 1) Custom Reports - you select which data field to print (Name, spouse's name, Birth date/place, marriage date/place, death date/place, military service, bar mitzvah date / place . . . There are 400 or so fields to choose from.) Then you select the format and select who to print. You can select "Everyone". 2) Pedigree charts, starting with a single individual and going back at least 42 generations. 3) "Ancestors of" reports, again starting with a single individual and going back at least 42 generations. 4) "Descendants of" reports, starting with a single individual but now going down at least 42 generations. (They may go back 64 or 128 generations. Until my link to Charlemagne came under serious doubt, I had 42 generations, so that's all I ever tried.) Everything but the pedigree charts will print direct, or to a file; text, .rtf or .pdf. Pedigree charts are pdf or printer only. If you want to kill a tree, you can print an Individual Summary, and, when asked for whom, select "Everyone in data base". I have never seen "All-in-One".
