I need one starting with grandparent’s, parents, their bro/sister, their kids, and so on. Any idea where I can find one.
I had a friend whose father would never trace his as his teacher gave it to a class he was in. One boy was very hurt when he found his grandfather had been hung. Don’t you think that schoolkids are a little too immature to deal with family secrets in a school classroom?
Now I am not questioning whether schoolkids should be taught to research their history but a classroom can be humiliating to kids if there is embarrassing information on the family. Adults can deal with it better
It is possible his parents had nothing to do with telling him his grandfather was hung. In a small town, children might have recognized the name of his grandfather and had heard the story and let it out of the bag.

Heres my situation:
So i need to make a family tree for a spanish project (basic testing knowledge on whether or not you know what a sobrino is, primo, abuelo, etc.) and i’m desperate for some sort of customizable template or a program that will help my do that. I don’t need something like ancestry.org or whatever, i just need to make a simple tree.
The specs that i NEED are as follows:
I need to be able to add -
Grandparents on both maternal and paternal sides
Maternal/paternal siblings
The sibling’s kids
My parents
My siblings

My paternal grandfather’s parents seem to have dropped in Texas out of nowhere, because I can’t find any record of their families, and my grandfather doesn’t have much information to share about them. I’d really like to get past my great-grandparents on my family tree, I just don’t know where to turn now.
Any ideas or suggestions?
I want to be able to produce a family tree that has not only me and my parents, but me, my siblings, my parents, their siblings and I want to be able to print it. I have tried ancestry.com, but they only print out a family tree that shows only me, then my parents, then their parents and so and so forth.
