Where can I find a good download program for making family trees?
Don’t suggest ancestry.com please been there. Don’t wanna pay. I just wanna make a family tree for the characters in the story im writing and i wanna have it somewhere on my comp.

If you just want to keep people straight, it would be easier to go here

print off a couple of charts, fill them in with the names that you create, then pin the chart to the wall for easy reference.
You can download a free program to make a basic family tree at
http://www.familysearch.org
Try searching "Free Family Tree Programs". An easier solution is to create your own "tree" on Excel or similar program.
